These are from another one of those hikes around Mt Lake that didn’t go as planned. I use a telephoto lens, and it is heavy. It was also muddy. So, I decided I would leave my camera behind. But, we didn’t get far before I decided that I needed to go back and get the camera. These ice falls were up a steep incline that was slick with ice in places. But, I took it very slow and careful; I was able to get up close without incident. This was more of a seep than a waterfall — which, in my opinion, made it more spectacular.
